Lorinda Bailey, Office Manager
Lorinda has managed the daily office operations including scheduling and book-keeping for the last 10 years. Prior to joining Steinbrecher And Associates in 2005, Lorinda worked in marketing, community and donor relations with for-profit and not-for-profit healthcare organizations. She holds a Bachelor of Journalism degree in the public relations sequence from the University of Texas at Austin.
Tom’s diverse and extensive 32 year leadership background in Fortune 100 companies has shaped his passion and skill at developing leaders, building high performing teams, and delivering outstanding results. Having led many high profile cross-company projects and initiatives, Tom understands what challenges and opportunities exist for both leadership and frontline operations teams. Throughout his career, he has generated great success in organizations by investing and leveraging the talent that comes from within the team. Coaching “Talent” became one of the pillars of Tom’s success in his many roles in business.

Anne has extensive experience as a successful executive and business coach, career consultant and presenter. David’s business expertise includes corporate strategy development and implementing changes within the organization. With over 20 years experience, David has held various positions from Manager to Director level, where he has led business and training initiatives in Marketing, Operational Process Improvements, Change Management, Project Management and Organizational Design.Through adult learning and coaching techniques, David has trained and individually coached other leaders for effectively taking on positions of increased responsibility in their organizations. David is PMP and Six Sigma certified. After completing his degree in Human Behavioral Sciences, he completed his MBA and his Executive Coaching Certification.
A career in teaching soon led to a 35 year career in management including operations, management and delivery of human resources and training systems.
Jane has held two training and development director positions. She has 23 years of consulting and facilitation experience in delivery of management, leadership and employee development in more than 250 organizations, to 35,000 leaders from manufacturing, healthcare, government, education and service industries. She is a champion of employee development and considers herself an avid coach. Jane has a B.S. in Education and has completed graduate work in Instructional Design.

She led world-class training organizations and total quality management/process improvement programs in the telecommunications industry for 10 years prior to consulting with many diverse organizations globally in a training and development role. Christy has coached many technical subject matter experts and high potential leaders on communication, presenting, and speaking skills, to be more audience centered. She has also coached senior leaders and executives globally in a variety of industries including telecommunication, high-tech, and oil and gas. Reci is passionate about helping people become more successful in communicating and sharing ideas. Reci has spent more than 20 years facilitating, coaching and developing people in all levels from frontline employees to senior leaders. Prior to conducting workshops and train the trainer events and coaching engagements, Reci had a successful sales and sales management career. She has worked with transportation, technology, pharmaceutical, mining and media organizations. Reci has delivered engaging high quality experiences to groups all over the world. Since 1994, Stephanie Fitzgerald has designed and facilitated training to support company initiatives, improve results, standardize processes and enhance employee development to position her clients for future growth and change.Serving as the Director of Training for three top staffing organizations in the United States, she has trained thousands of professionals during her career. Her extensive experience in developing and delivering practical, interactive and experiential curriculum for in-person workshops, webinars and online learning libraries enables her to engage trainees and provide them with meaningful learning experiences, as well as operational tools and reference guides that support lasting behavioral changes.Although many of Stephanie’s training opportunities have focused on the business skills and challenges of selling, customer service, talent sourcing, selection, management, teamwork and leadership, her creativity and coaching competencies also encompass life skills such as communication, conflict resolution, self-assessment and mentoring.
Carol is an experienced coach, facilitator and presenter with over 20 years experience. With a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Master of Arts in Communication Studies, she began her career in course ware development and technical training in the telecommunications industry. As a consultant, she had the opportunity to work with many different clients on different projects. As a small business owner in the family entertainment industry, Carol created several employee training and development programs that were implemented franchise-wide.
Carol is also an experienced health coach and has spent the last several years as both a coach and facilitator in the areas of personal development, communication skills, public speaking skills, and healthy lifestyles.
Amber brings 15 years of experience as a corporate leader to her work as an Executive Coach. She has held leadership roles across global operations in sales, customer experience, process improvement and organizational development.
