Robert Schaefer, Ph.D., is an Organizational Development (OD) consultant, executive coach, leadership development expert, statistical analyst, research scholar, workshop facilitator, and training systems designer. Robert is a renowned expert in the assessment and diagnostic debrief of ability-based emotional intelligence, individual and team conflict styles, and the impact of mood and emotions in the workplace.

Julie Ziadeh

Julie has 20+ years’ experience partnering with organizational leaders to build measurable performance improvement strategies, including professional coaching, design, facilitation and implementation training. Julie has created leadership development strategies for high potential candidates. Kathy Wade-Yacoubian

Kathy brings over two decades of experience to her work as an executive coach and facilitator, specializing in the development of individuals and teams. Kathy is a careful listener, heartfelt supporter, and enthusiastic champion for people on their personal development journeys. Scott Fitzgerald

Scott is an internationally recognized executive coach, facilitator, speaker and author. He has an extensive background in sales and marketing in highly complex sales environments managing and leading diverse sales teams. During his 30+ year career, Scott has served in various senior executive leadership positions within the Aerospace and Defense industry. Megan Doubet

Megan is a dynamic and results-oriented coach consultant with over 20 years’ experience in coaching, training, leadership development and change management. She is adept at understanding her client’s individual needs and applying that understanding to the coaching process.  She uses a combination of self-exploration and actionable practices that are proven to have beneficial results. She possesses excellent facilitation and communication skills with the ability to deliver management and professional programs to all levels of the organization that motivate others to achieve goals. Lynda Ross

With over 18 years’ experience in learning organizations and 30 years’ corporate experience with a Fortune 500 company, Lynda Ross is an executive coach and leadership facilitator. Her experience includes operations, customer service, schedule planning, safety training, and leadership development. Lynda led the brand identity for her company and managed brand development. Lynda created new pay policies for employee groups and was responsible for the implementation of the pay policies. She also designed, facilitated, and implemented leadership-training initiatives with all levels of leadership. Reci Schmellick

Reci is passionate about helping people become more successful in communicating and sharing ideas. Reci has spent more than 20 years facilitating, coaching, and developing people in all levels, from frontline employees to senior leaders. Prior to conducting workshops, train-the-trainer events and coaching engagements, Reci had a successful sales management career. She has worked with transportation, technology, pharmaceutical, mining, and many media organizations. Reci has delivered engaging high-quality experiences to groups all over the world. As training manager at ComSystems and executive director of a building organization, she knows firsthand the power of building cohesive teams and accountability.

David Moake

David’s business expertise includes corporate strategy development and implementing changes within clients’ organizations. With over 20 years’ experience, David has held various positions from manager to director level, where he has led business and training initiatives in marketing, operational process Improvements, change management, project management and organizational design. Through adult learning and coaching techniques, David has trained and individually coached other leaders for effectively taking on positions of increased responsibility in their organizations. David is PMP and Six Sigma certified. After completing his degree in Human Behavioral Sciences, he completed his MBA and his Executive Coaching Certification.
